Hello again, here is my MRI as promised

Any input would be appreciated!

There is some desiccation of the L4-5 disc with central disc
protrusion abutting upon but not compressing the nerve roots or
thecal sac.

A central disc protrusion is seen with some desiccation at L5-S1,
once again not producing thecal sac or nerve root compromise. A
small annular tear signal is seen to the right of midline. I see no
other pathologies. No paraspinal masses, destructive changes, or
fractures are evident.

CONCLUSION:

MODERATE DISC PROTRUSIONS WITHOUT THECAL SAC OR NERVE ROOT
COMPROMISE, L4-5 AND L5-S1.
 
What symptoms have you had? You may want to look up a dermatome picture or chart. It will show where nerve compression at L4 or L5 is felt in the body. Although the MRI does not show nerve impingement it's best to have an orthopedic spine surgeon and//or neurosurgeon look at the MRI as well. Often the OSS or NS sees things differently than the radiologist. So the results are part of the equation, the OSS/NS review is part, and your symptoms are part (especially if your symptoms match the dermatome chart)
