Ocean works on Helio's network, which, in turn, is a Sprint MVNO--so it's basically the same as having a Sprint phone. The program codes are even the same as most Sprint featured hanRABets.
It may be possible to get WAP going, but no one has cracked MMS for Sprint yet. I would take this as a "No" and move on.......
