Helf me T919 lost bootloader!!!

I have a phone SamSung T919 Behold from T-Mobile.When it have securities codes i've give to a repaier to repair it.After the repairer flashing (I don't know the soft ware the repaier do with my phone) the phone is DIE.Now the phone can't go bootloader to flashing right firmware.Can anyone helf me or show me the sollution to repair my phone.Thank so much!!!!
