HEAVY VAGINAL BLEEDING DURING SEX!? HELP!?

ps could it mean im preganate?
2 nights ago i was having sex with my boyfriend ( it wasnt rough or anything) but i had very very heeavy vaginal bleeding like a huge pool of blood. it wasnt painful or sore, after we stoped having sex the bleeding stoped. im on birth control and i havent had my period for a long time like maybe 5 months could that be the reason?.
please help im worried!.

fyi it wasnt my first time.
im 18 years old and i lost my vaginity when i was 16
 
that area is very vascular so even a small tear would bleed profusely and look a lot worse than it actually is. but it could be something much for severe, like a miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy or both. go to the doctor.
