Heavy Metals in blood have risen since last tested two years ago

I'm a 22 year old female and I had my blood tested for Lead, Mercury, and Arsenic two years ago because I was having cognitive problems and I wanted to make sure I wasn't being exposed to heavy metals. My test results then were:

Lead: 0.7 ug/dL
Mercury: 2 ug/L
Arsenic: 6.1 ug/L

I'm still having these cognitive problems and I feel like they have gotten worse so I asked my new doctor to retest to see if the levels have they have. My results were:
Lead: 2.3 ug/dL
Mercury: 3 ug/L
Arsenic: 10.0 ug/L

Is there somthing that can be done to make them go back done?
I'm afraid they are going to keep getting higher and since they are in the "normal ranges" I'll have trouble finding a doctor to take it seriously.

Also any ideas on what could have made them go up?

Any advice would be appreciated!

Thanks :)

Nichole. All those poisoning metals and elements you have in your bloodstream are environmental. They get into your body through the water you drink, the food you eat, or a contaminated place - either your home or neighborhood, or you place of your work. I don't know if the capital of Turkey, Ankara, is clean or not, but developing countries don't have any strict environmental regulations, and other people in Ankara probably have your levels of metals and elements as you do. You must find the sources of contamination and avoid them - if you can! But I doubt it!
