A report from the U.S. Geologic Survey taken from dust samples in Iraq and Kuwait in 2004 found a wide range of heavy metals at rates in excess of World Health Organization maximum safe exposure.

Question:
1. Given the above nurabers how close to these test sites could a person be and not be seriously exposed to chemical hazarRAB?
