I just started my period this morning, and it is abnormally heavy. So far I've had to change tampons every hour or two and my cramps seem to come back every hour as well, even though I've already taken Ibuprofen when I feel the cramps coming. Should I be worried about this? I've looked a little on the internet and some problems like tumors and things can cause this. I don't have insurance to go to the doctor so I just wanted to check to see if anyone else has ever experienced this and what they did.
