I started my period yesterday which is my regular time to start, however I am having severe cramping - like labor pains, I couldn't stand up because of it earlier - and heavy bleeding (full pad in an hour). I have four children, my youngest is 8 months old. Is this within the realm of normal or something I should be concerned about?
