Heath Ledger - Hollywood Star??

Sorry if this has already been discussed in another post.

I was just wondering if theres a chance of Heath being given a posthumous star on the walk of fame. I loved him and think he was a brilliant actor. Some will disagree but I think he is very worthy of a hollywood star, and it would be a fitting tribute to Heath's memory.

Anyone agree/disagree?

As nice a tribute as it would be, I am not sure I can see it happening. Sadly he was not around long enough and I think that will be a major factor in any decision making.
 
I agree with ewing23, it would be nice but can't quite see it.

As talented as Heath Ledger was I don't think he was quite at the height of his career. Even with his Oscar nomination for BM he still seemed to me like an up and coming star - one that had a bright future, but one that the industry still hadn't seen the best of.

I'm really looking forward to his interpretation of The Joker, I have been for a few months and the clips I've seen indicate it's going to be an exciting role.
 
It could still happen though. The film could be released and convince the right people that he's good enough for a star.

Britney Spears was given one, Christina Aguilera and Aaliyah are both getting one, even Kermit the frog has one! None of them were ever nominated for an oscar! He achieved so much during his short life and career.
