It goes on a bit, then off. Air is barely warm but not cool. Any suggestions?

ok..it might be a couple things...it might be a bad relay check that and switch it out with one that is the same and see how that goes..if nothing check the wiring...if that doesnt do it you probably need to get a new blower motor...also if its warm not cold you might need a new blend door actuator

Head Gasket as usual on a Aerostar. If that's all that is wrong with that car, you have been blessed.

get a new car it 2 old or get it repaired at a shop
