Heat !!

I have a 2008 SG with the PC V with two maps from FM.. I did install an oil cooler, but i still go into EITMS when in traffic and bike starts to ping and not to mention my right leg feels like I'm being BBQ'd . Does going to True Duals really make a differance regarding the heat issue ? Also - will the exhaust sound be that much louder with my V&H ovals ? I'm in process of installing a oil temp gauge and removing the Air Temp gauge. Almost winter here so looking to do the mods for next year..

Oh yeah - motor is stock with Stage 1 download and SE A/C.
 
I ran true duals for a couple of years, & my right leg still fried. I've got a 2 into 1 & my leg still gets fried. I think It's the 96", cause my 3 previous bikes were 88" & my leg got a little hot, but nothing like it is now.
 
+1 on the True Duals. First time riding the 08 EG (on a cool night) - right calf was on fire!!! - Ran True Duals, PC-V and Stage 1 breather - ALL GONE...

OH YEA and FLOORBOAD EXTENDERS...

are you running stock mufflers? the true duals & nonstock mufflers will cool off your right thigh a liitle bit with that a/c you might be running lean,with the FI/gas add. checking your plugs really won't tell you much like in years past.i would get it dyno the retuned and see if that helps
 
ok.. ill pull the plugs and include a photo - just curious - i do have map form Fuel Moto and stage 1 from HD dealer.. so all should be fine regarding to lean ??
Dealer here having special this week so might pull trigger on a TDuals.. just wondering if it will be much louder with my V&H's ovals... we do have noise restrications here where i live..
