Heat wont blow out of vents in 2004 Honda Accord EX-LV6?

I have a 2004 Honda Accord EX-L V6. About a month ago the heat stopped blowing out of the vent. When you turn the heat or AC on nothing happens. and if you hold your hand up to the vent you can feel heat but no force behind it. I can only get the cabin warm if its on HI and I am driving on the highway for a length of time, once i am in stop and go or sitting at lights its freezing. What is the problem? How much is it to fix? Serious Answers only!
Everything else on the car works great!
