Please serious answers only (preferably from someone with a similar experience or a medical professional)
My heart rate is increasing and then slowing dramatically (like from 130 bmp to 60 bmp) within a few seconds, sometimes stopping altogether and starting again, skipping beats, etc and it usually happens when I stand up and walk somewhere or after I sit down, indicating orthostasis, maybe?. I have a history of Anorexia Nervosa and my heart would do worse things then than it is now (like in the 30s bmp), but I’m currently at a healthy weight for my height and have been since February. And whenever I express concern to a doctor now, of course my heart is beating normally then (Don’t you love that?). So I really don’t know what to do. Should I keep ignoring it?
Is there some sort of a monitor I could get that would record my heart rate activity so that I could show them there is a potential problem?
Thank you, I really, really appreciate your answer.
