Heart Racing, Adrenaline Pumping, Stomach Churning Media?

I have been craving a media-fueled adrenaline rush for quite a while. I Need Some! I'm not talking about stupid love songs and thrillers. I'm talking about sitting through four seasons of "House" and getting hit with "House's Head," and sitting through another season to see Amber pop up three seconds before the end of an episode. I'm talking about the endings of Donnie Darko, Fight Club, Premonition and Saw III.

A few more examples include;
Naruto punching Haku in the face
listening to Tool's 'Pushit (Live)'
Season 3 Finale of Heroes, the part where Peter stabs Sylar
any part of Doom 3

5 points to anyone who can provide me with some crazy adrenaline.
 
good show like chuck and heroes on WOAI chuck is on from 7:00 on mondays and heroes is right after it at 8:00 both are in hour long
