Heart palpilations and weird blood pressure?

Hello,

Everytime I head for bed and I lay down on one of my sides (left, right... doesn't matter) ...I feel my heart beating, so loud that I can't fall asleep. This does not occur when I'm laying on my back. I've had Helicobacter Pylori diagnosed and I've been treated with anti-biotics, the heartbeats dissapeared during the treatment and a while after but now they're back. The heartpulse also makes a cracking sound around my armpits. I've done two blood pressure tests on the same machine and they had two completely different readings:

first:
upper: 127 mmHg
lower: 77 mmHg
pulse: 65 ppm

second:
upper: 162 mmHg
lower: 87 mmHg
pulse: 55 mmHg

the second one worries me a bit, low pulse high pressure?

Is there a way to mute these annoying heartbeats? I miss sleeping like a rock. And should i worry about my pressure?

Thanks!
