Hearing Court question
What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas
I was charged with cc abuse, and debit card abuse just because I got off the truck and went inside the store to call a person that was trying them in the store, people that work there called the police, it also happened so fast, because his friend and him picked me up on the street corner 15 minutes before the credit & debit crimes that I didn't even know he was going in the store to try the cards, I went to jail that night with the pesron that was trying all those cards, we were both charged with the same charge, expect my bond was lower then his.
We were relased 3 days after on PRE-TRIAL release , its been maybe 6 months since the crime, April 1, 2009 is my hearing, I don't know what to expect, I would like to know if they could take me to jail after I go on hearing court.
I also have a Mental Illness problem, I take 4 different medications for bi-polar,schizophrenia,and other Illnesses similar to this.
Would me being on medication help in court, and would I have to speak too, or please explain how it works. Thanks.
