I know a lot of peoples resolution is to lose weight and to have a fit and healthier lifestyle. Well, thats my resolution too!
So what should I do to jumpstart this new lifestyle? Any tips or suggestions? I also want to exercise regularly, any workout methods or routines that are good and consistent? Any other ideas about eating healthy too? Like what foods are good to eat like how many calories or carbs or whatever because I'm not good at that kind of stuff. I would also like to know about portion control if you know anything at all. Even a link to an article is great. Long helpful answers are appreciated!
