I am a night person and I need to eat at like 12 or 1. Normally i would go to my college's lounge and get something but its not healthy at all and i gained a few pounds. I started going to the gym every other day and eating better but i need to find a good midnight snack. I love snacking on goldfish but idk how healthy they are at night. I was thinking maybe tunafish and light mayo but again I'm not sure how healthy that is. Does anyone have any ideas. Fruits and veges won't really work for me. I don't like eating them at night by themselves if they go with something else then maybe.
