Healthy Lifestyle for a preteen?

Hi everyone I Just turned 11 and I' about 5 2 and 1/2 and I weight 100-103. Its not that I feel fat or ugly but I want to eat healthier and exercises more so i can live longer.Can you give me exercises or workouts to do so I can get 30 mins of exercise a day. Also can you give me healthier easy ot make lunches and break fastest that can help me stay healthy and feel lit
 
sometimes your town will have a swimming pool. if not you can always find a boys and girls club. you could also go for walk everyday or go to the park and run the track. If you set youself to a certain amount of time every day/week you could create more muscle and you would have alot more energy through out the day. as for eating you could make fruit salad or just try to read the ingredients on the foods you buy. try cutting down on chips like doritos and drinks like mountain dew. There are alot of awsome tasting foods and drinks that help make a better life style.
 
Exercise..make a chart and run around your house everyday in it or on the outside while drinking water...

-replace coke with water or juice
-replace junk food with fruits and veggies
-use fresh instead of frozen or canned
-eat 1800-2000 calories a day or LESS
-try to get some of your friends to help
-its hard doing it on your own

-exercise by doing something fun like dancing or taking a bike ride

-during tv commercials, do 10 jumping jacks..just 10 each break and
you can loose alot!

-make sure you stick to this plan and you can loose alot of weight in a few months or weeks

-DO NOT stop eating for good..if you think that not eating will help you loose weight its not..it makes u sick and dizzy..stick with good food! :-)

-Eat superfood that are good 4 u like Berries! Blueberries strawberries rasberries are GREAT for you
-Also Broccoli and Celery are great 4 u 2! these give you energy and nutrition
