You could get a salad at McDonald's but leave off the dressing or get fat-free, but what I would do if I were you would be go to Subway. I LOVE their veggie subs. You can get tons of veggies on wheat and if you want to be really healthy leave off the cheese and sauce or go for just vinegar. They have so many veggies that I don't even miss the meat. I always feel good (and full) after eating one.
