i have started watching what i was eating and exercising a lot more than I used to when I started to see myself adding on the weight. In the past week I have done over 3 hours of exercise which is WAY more than I do usually! I have only lost a pound and im still like 2 stone overweight): the only problem i can see is what im eating. can you give me any eating plans please? im 16years old and i dont like fish <- fussy i know
please help!
