Healthiest vegetables to eat everyday?

Generally, the dark leafy vegetables are best for you, but probably the hardest to like. Generally speaking, the hardest to like is probably the best for you...Spinach is dark and leafy though and I like that fine...Try it all.

Anything green is full of vitamins/minerals a general mix. Sweet potatoes is probably the best anti oxidant.
So for a healthy diet anything green (lettuce/brocoli/green pepper) plus an antioxidant to keep your body clean on the inside (like sweet potatoe) is good.

Tomatoes, spinach, broccoli, carrots, sweet potatoes, asparagus & cucumbers are all particularly healthy. Try to aim for 10 different fruits & vegetables each day. That doesn't mean 10 servings, but even a few bites of each one is very beneficial. This is how the most healthy societies do it, such as the Okinawan's.

*I know tomato isn't a vegetable, but it acts as a vegetable in most recipes.
