fish from a can in oil or water that has been closed for i don't know how long... is it really healthy?
can you eat that instead of maybe fresh made fish?
whats the healthiest fish to eat? wich fish can give you energy for sports?
yeah I also moved the Q. away from the pet section but still...though you might knew :D
