i would LUUVV if u helped me!! i dont rlly exercise...so im making an attemp to!! and i dont go to the gym so thats a no... so im starting to work out by watching online work out videos. . Not that im just looking to be like..."skinny"...i mean i wouldn't mind lol but like.. im more looking forward to being healthier and having more energy. 
basically, im looking to get healthier and toned at the same time!! and i understand that will take a WHILE, but im in for a life time
yeah ok but ANYWAYS~ i want some few tips on working out. like when to do it, how long should i to burn off fat, how to do it!! and stuff.. im new to this...routines and stufff etc..
OH AND if you please will, gimme some online workout videos that you believe actually work. It be nice if they were ones you tried as well xD i want real results.
i dont really like the ones from seventeen.com ...they are too vague

im looking to tone whatever i can!! lol but specifically... MY TUMMY X] its a lil...flabby.
and my arms!! like these two! if i had like some weird top 3 god would fix for me immediatley, i would want my stomach, entire upper chest(flab around your entire body:back, chest, rib cage, armpit x]), AND my arms. my legs....would be nice but im not TOO conerned for now
so yeah the entire body basicallly
but theres this SPECIFIC part...like my ... . . armpit. they have some fat there
i have NO IDEA. ive had those...since like forever. its been annoying me to hell...seriously
ok u know the sides of your stomach? well i found out the fat/flab there are called Love Handles
i dunno...but yeah.. + u kno the hips? like the at ur back and side..at the hips theres like fat there? well MYSTERIOUSLY ive realized my love handles and hip fat stuff GREW FATTER! like..omg wtfrk. grrr
but yeah itd be SOO nice if i could have a nicer body T.T and be healthy too xD i dont want diabetes or anything one day!!
