Y yourjellybaby Guest May 3, 2009 #2 I think you mean lupus? I am not sure about lupus starting in the bones.. I'm pretty sure it starts in the lymph nodes. Signs/symptoms: stomach aches, rash ('butterfly rash' across nose), fever, pain in lymph nodes, fatigue...
