I've also experienced.. um
It's like my body is shaking kinda? Like my leg does this fast twich thing sometimes right after I wake up or it causes me to wake up.
Then at school I can feel my arm shaking.
It's like I can't control my body for a few seconds.
For the last few weeks I have been totally out of it.
I haven't been able to sleep no matter what time I got to bed. I wake up all through the night and I've been in pain when I make up. I also have bad sinus problems, allergies, & frequent tonsilitis.
I've been waking up not being able to think, like the other day I woke up and I couldn't remember the day at all (not like regular forgetting). It was like my mind couldn't calculate that one problem. It was kinda scary.
I've experienced a lot of dizziness and excruciating headaches too. Then last night I had a dream where I talking to someone and all of a sudden I couldn't breathe & I started to die in the dream. That moment I woke up to hurting, swollen tonsils and I couldn't breathe through my nose. I've had many dreams like this and they are always the same. Something/someone is killing me and I wake up the moment I die to pain, heavy breathing, or extreme sweating.
I'm kinda scared. I was afraid to go back to sleep after that and all of this has been happening for weeks.
What could it be? Someone said sleep apnea.. and the local ENT won't take my tonsils (which are swollen almost everyday now) out.
