Hello,

My husband and I have been TTC for over a year now with no luck. We are looking to find a insurance plan in MA that offers fertility treatments. I have done some research have been unsuccessful at finding any insurance companies that openly provide the information we are seeking. I was wondering if anybody has had success at finding an insurance company that pays for fertility in Massachusetts and what company did you use, how much did you have to pay(co-pays and out of pocket) and where did you receive fertility treatments. I am really looking for someone to lead us in the right direction so we can be blessed with a child that we've been waiting so long for!

Thank you everyone,
Ashley

Unfortunately the health care system doesn't normally consider fertility treatments as necessary and as such won't cover them. Your best bet is to contact a reproductive endocrinologist and find out if they can refer you to insurance companies they accept and search from there. Good Luck!

It is going to be really hard to find an insurance company that does cover infertility. However, the easiest thing to do would be call your obgyn and ask which ones they know of. Then you will also know that your doctor accepts that insurance provider. If they don't know they can lead you to someone who does.
