ive been working for a employer for 2 and a half years and they cut me from full time to part time and are taking all of my benefits i was told you have 30 days from the time they tell you you are going to part time that they need to carry the insurance on you till you have a chance to get new insurance (this was a forced cut to part time and there are no positions avalable)
