Hello everyone, i am 15, male, 160 pounds, which i sure is overweight and I exercise almost everyday for 90 minutes burning about 800-900 calories. and I will eat normally 700-800 to lose weight but some times i'll not go to the gym and eat ALOT and i'm not motivated but in a good week i lose 3-4 pounds. How much more weight should i lose? am i not exersiing enough.
PS> i don't really do weights are work outs cuz i don't want my weight to increase is that bad should i lift weights. Thanks for the help
