I am doing an assignment on the health care reform. I have started researching but it's not making much sense to me. Can someone explain it to me. Like, what it is and what are the issues, why people want it and why people oppose it, the benefits?. Or refer me to a site that explains this please? I tried Wikipedia and that did not work out to well. I just did not understand it. I am not illiterate or anything, I think I need a foundation to base what I am reading off of. I see people talking about the issues but I really just need the basic like who, what when , where. That sort of thing.
