as i said, i've had health anxiety since 1997. :dizzy: how long has it been going on for you? for me, it comes and goes depending on what's happening in my life. through psychotherapy, meRAB, and some books i've learned that it really isn't about my health--it's just worries i have about other stuff *disguised* as health worries, if it makes any sense.
it's just something i've learned to live with and it's gotten better. it's really important not to beat yourself up about it and also to realize it probably won't go away completely--if you're expecting it to all go away, that's probably unrealistic.
