health and fitness routine?

I am 5'7 and weight 138 lbs.
I never exercise and it's really hard for me to get started.
I want to lose some weight and just overall look more slim.
So I need some exercise ideas that would be good for someone who doesn't work out that often.

So what workouts do you guys do a week?
Suggestions?

Are you serious to reduce weight because you already have low weight 138 Ibs. But anyhow there are many work out which reduce weight and build attractive body shape. You need to do push ups, pull ups, biceps, triceps, leg exercise, belly exercise also go on running, jumping, sprinter. Every work out must be for 30 to 40 mints then you get positive result. Try to use green arteries and fresh fruits mostly. It help to burn more fat and you will get strong body shape.
