i am a male about 6 feet 5 in and i weigh ~280 lbs. this year i vowed to lay off the sodas and junk food. i have stomach fat.
1. What exercises could i do to lose the stomach fat?
2. What healthy foods should i be eating?
3. How can i get more muscle in my arms and legs without workout equiptment. (i live in an apt and have no space for weights)

***I recently had a physical and everything checked out perfect!!
