health advice please?

i have had a constant sniff for about a year and can always bring up mucas at any given time. i cough up brown flem alot and over the past 4-5 months have been noticing white and now blue flashes of light in my vision. my ears keep ringing + occasionally i feel pain in my left eyeball and have recently been diagnosed with gilberts syndrome. i also have a lump under each rib cage that feels like another rib on either side. and all my joints keep clicking
