Headlights, Radio, Heater, and Wipers won't work?

I have a Kia Rio Cinco. When I was driving on the interstate today the engine started to rev up and the rpm went up really high. I slowed down a bit and it didn't go down. Then I noticed that my radio was off and won't turn on, same thing with the headlights. Whenever I try and turn the lights on the rpm will go down really low and start to shake, and when I'm stopped the car takes a while to drive. The blinkers and the wipers work really slow but also cause the car to jump and the rpm to go down, and the heater won't work at all.

Does anyone know what could be wrong? =/
