Headlight problem for 85 pontiac fiero?

I have an 85 pontiac fiero with problems with the headlights. My right headlight goes up but the left doesnt. When the lights are on it can be done manually but when you shut the car off they go down and you have to crank it up all over again. Im pretty sure its not the relay because theres a click when the lights are turned off, and im not sure about the motor itself, because it brings the light down. What could it be?
 
Its probably the headlight motor. It doesn't take much for it to take it down because the weight of the headlight helps it. Simply check for power and ground with a test light coming into the headlight motor when commanded on. If you have both you need a new headlight motor. P.S. Fiero's are known to blow headlight motors!
