When my orthodontist said that I'm getting a facebow, does that mean headgear? Could it mean anything else?
I'm asking because I heard my orthodontist talking to one of the assistants about me wearing a facebow for 'extended hours'. so does this mean I will have to wear it for longer than he said in the beginning (when I first got my braces he said headgear would be a possibility for like 14-16 hours a day).
I have an appointment tomorrow afternoon, so I would like answers as soon as possible.
