Head to toe pain

I was diagnosed with glaucoma back in 2001. I have lost my straight ahead vision in my left eye. Also I have been having pain in my left foot, left leg, and left arm for seven to eight years. And 2 to 3 years ago I started having pain and slight swelling in my armpits. Then in August 2007 I had either a stroke or Bell's Palsy. My left eye which is vision impaired doesn't want to open now, I can open it but I have to strain to keep it open. I also have very loud ringing in both ears. And the pain is now in both feet and both legs. Other symtoms include frequent urination, very frequent diarrhia, fatigue, and weekness on left side.
I started going to the doctors this September when I had pnuemonia. I also have had a growth on the side of my nose for several years which the doctor said was basal cell carcinoma. He sent me to a ruematologist who sent me also to a nuerologist and an endocronologist. I have had a bone scan, two brain MRIs a nerve conduction test and blood work. The arthritus doctor said I had degenerative
arthritus and bone spurs on my feet and neck. The nuerologist says I have carpul tunnel in my left hand. Nobody can tell me why I have the pain ad swelling in my armpits. Also my back swells on the right side just at the bottom of the rib cage.
The doctor thinks this is muscle spasms.
Anyway I am a graphic artist and I have been missing lots of work lately and fear I may lose my job. I can't afford to keep going to the doctor because the copays are $40 for office visits and $300 for MRI and test and then the doctors are 80 miles away.Any suggestions
