My head leaks oil really bad, I always have to keep putting oil in it and it burns up fast, I have carbon build up on my exaust tip. I blew my head gasket a few years back and got it fixed, about a year later it leaks oil from the head. What would cause this and how could i fix it myself? How much would it cost?
well, The guy who fixed my car last time said he had my head machined. And it doesnt ever over heat any more, but its costing me alot to keep putting oil in it. Sooooo...... Probably need a new head?

The head is probably warped too and needs to be machined true before a new gasget will seal. There may be cracks in the head. You can't talk your way out of this one. It's going to cost some stacks of green. If you can do the removal and replacement, that take some of the sting out of it, but that head needs to go to the machine shop and get tested for level and leaks and if it's bad enough it may need to be replaced. How long did you drive it before you noticed the engine was overheated?
