There's this guy at my workplace who've been staring at me from far a lot of times. When I catch him staring I stare back and he never really break off the gaze. I'm the one who always look away. We never really smiled though.
One day he came out of the elevator and I was there. He stared so deeply at me and we maintained eye contact for the whole time until we totally passed each other. I realize when he's staring he have this 'confused/surprised' look - he tilted his head and I think he was half-smiling..it was hard to figure out.
Another day in the elevator he held the door open for me, looked down and slowly look up at me as I smiled,said thank you and leave the elevator. His head was lowered but his eyes were looking up at me...thats kinda wierd.. From the signs he gave is it possible he has feelings for me..?
Plus - considering if he knows I like him but he don't like me back ( I hope not! ), will he give these kind of reactions...?

With his friends he;s very LOUD...but whn it comes to me he comes across as very shy or insecure...
