He says he likes me, but now he won't talk to me?

So there is this guy that I really like. He told me that he likes me too. But, ever since he told me he liked me he has been acting weird and spacey. And he isn't talking to me the same and he stopped texting me. Does this mean that he doesn't like me anymore? What should I do/say? HELP!
