i've been married for 7 years and my hubby is my high school sweetheart. today is my birthday and he did nothing . not even telling me stinkin happy birthday. I reminded him about my birthday in August and i even marked it in his day planner. he came home today and said he didn't forget he just doesn't have any time to worry about birthdays because they are meaningless days that everyone expects to get something for nothing. i stood there and cried and he just told me to suck it up crocodile tears don't affect him.
i felt hurt because i go out of my way and pay attention to great detail when it comes to his birthdays or special moments. but whenever his sister which is the same age as me 27 has a birthday he makes a huge deal out of it. why?
