HDMI Cable Audio Delay/Lag...? (Xbox 360)?

Hey guys, I just bought a 3rd party HDMI cable for my xbox 360 back in Canada, i used it on my samsung TV over there just fine. Now i'm back in Australia and theres an audio lag on my Sanyo tv when i'm playing xbox on it. Its only about a half a second delay but its still annoying. Anyone know how i can fix this?
