HD Photo Device Porting Kit 1.0 (Jpeg xr in c#)?

I want to write a program for code pictures with hd photo (Jpeg xr) format.I find this kit(HD Photo Device Porting Kit 1.0) in microsoft web site.but this is in c++ and I want to code with c#.I don't know c++.how can I do it .?
