HCC HELP PLEAS!! Checking my financial aid status?

Where on the HCC website do I check my status? I already filed for FAFSA and last time I went up to the houston communtiy college they told me that everything was fina and submitted. I have already gotten my EFC so where exactly do I go now to find out exactly how much financial aid they gave me? Thanks in advance.
