Having weird signs of pregnancy?

So I think I might be pregnant but I've been looking for signs to know if I am before the missed period. Two weeks after I started to get stuffy noses and having nose bleeds and my friend pointed out that could be a sign so I looked it up and its true! Haha who knew, but the question I am asking is I am supposed to start my period this week. Today I noticed that I was bleeding but only a little then it stopped. I was sure I had it. Could this be a sign that I am pregnant? Or a sign that I am getting my period soon?
 
you do randomly bleed and u might think its ur period, but its possible that it isnt
sometimes the tests will say no too.
um i just had a feel for eating healthy all of a sudden
and the random pounds u put on are a defintie sign
 
NO your not pregnant! Just because you got a bloody nose? Give me a break! And if you bled then you defidently arnt pregnant!
