N Naomi New member Sep 9, 2011 #1 I'm having trouble turning my tv on and off with my verizon remote. I sat on it,and suddenly the power button wouldnt work but the stb button works,I went on the verizon website and called them but they want to send me a new remote. Can anyone help?
