How much dry solute would you take to prepare each of the following solutions from the dry solute and the solvent?

They give you
(1) 140g of 4.9 % KCl solution by mass
the answer should be given in g KCl

The other part asks
(2) How much solvent would you take to prepare the solution?

Please Help!!! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
