This is a very random question, but i have trouble finding this book that no one seems to know. I am not sure of the title or author, but it has a picture of only a yellow/orange apple on the front. I recall that it was about a girl who is a runner and something about an art project where she has to draw an apple every day for a month. It was for young-adults and realistic fiction I am guessing? It is a pretty short book (possibly less than 300 pgs?). It has been out for awhile since I read it a long time ago, but havent been able to find it.
