I'm trying to start a little online music store/record label hybrid but I'm having trouble deciding what exactly I need to do to get a business license. I thought maybe an LLC or partnership would work but I don't know. I'm very inexperienced with business law and have little money to hire a lawyer. Any help would be appreciated.
